Demand a public CBA

Tell Denver.

No stadium deal should move forward without a transparent, enforceable Community Benefits Agreement. Petitions help make concern visible, but calls, emails, town halls, and pressure around required government approvals create stronger leverage.

Brief letter

No stadium deal without us.

Dear Denver City Council,

I love the Broncos, but no Burnham Yard stadium deal should move forward without a transparent, enforceable Community Benefits Agreement. Denver needs full public transparency on land terms, infrastructure costs, tax-increment tools, Denver Water relocation, and any public financing connected to the project before approvals.

Please require an enforceable Community Benefits Agreement that includes La Alma Lincoln Park residents, Santa Fe Arts District businesses, workers, artists, schools, churches, renters, homeowners, and longtime fans. The deal should include anti- anti-displacement protections, property-tax relief, local jobs, fair ticket access, and public reporting before any vote.

Please also hold visible town halls in the impacted neighborhoods and give residents enough time to review the terms before decisions are finalized.

Thank you,
